Voice is included on Pro. Each answered call is billed at $1.10 on top of your plan base — covers telephony, transcription, and voice synthesis. No per-minute charges, no connection fees.

Volume discounts: 10% off at 4–6 agents · 15% off at 7–9 · 20% off at 10+. Bulk lead projects: $99 minimum + $0.05/lead up to 10K, $0.03/lead 10K–50K, custom above — sold separately from your monthly plan.

What counts as an AI response?
One AI response is a single reply from a Kazozo agent to a customer, lead, or teammate. Conversation threads don't count as one — each reply the agent sends counts toward your monthly pool. See the full definition in the FAQ.
What happens if I go over my included AI responses?
You get charged your plan's per-AI-response overage rate — $0.40 on Starter, $0.30 on Growth, $0.22 on Pro. No overage caps, no surprise cutoffs — your agents keep working.
Is there a contract or annual commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time, keep access through the end of your paid period.
How does Voice Agent pricing work?
Voice Agent is included on the Pro plan. Each answered call is billed at $1.10 in addition to your plan base — covering telephony, transcription, and voice synthesis. No per-minute charges, no connection fees, no ringing/missed call charges.
Are all agents powered by the same AI?
Yes. Every plan uses the same premium AI model on customer-facing agents. We don't downgrade you on Starter — the difference between plans is volume and which agents you have, not which AI you get.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't do a self-serve trial — every new account gets a short setup call so we can configure your agents correctly and ingest your data. Talk to Kaz to walk through what that looks like for your business.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated credit. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does per-response pricing compare to per-seat or per-resolution pricing?
Per-seat billing charges for dashboard users regardless of AI usage and often has seat minimums. Per-resolution billing is vendor-defined — silent exits and escalations may still count as billable resolutions. Per AI response is the cleanest of the three: a response is an observable unit, there are no seat floors, and escalated conversations stop billing when a human takes over. Are there any seat minimums on Kazozo?
No. Kazozo plans have no seat minimums and no per-user charges. You pay a flat monthly base plus AI-response overages if you exceed the included pool. Internal team members accessing the admin dashboard don't add to your bill.
