An AI response is a single reply generated by the AI assistant. Your plan includes a monthly allocation of AI responses. A customer conversation spanning multiple back-and-forth exchanges will use multiple AI responses. Automated workflow-only replies that do not involve the AI model are not counted toward your allocation. Overages are billed at your plan's per-AI-response rate.

Starter is $249/month with 3 agents and 500 AI responses included. Growth is $499/month with 6 agents and 2,000 AI responses. Pro is $999/month with all 11 agents and 6,000 AI responses. Enterprise plans are custom.
